Announcements from 2/9

Mr. Pache- Turn in money for treasury. Summer Camp is July 4th week. (Here he was speaking for Mrs. Alloway who couldn't make the meeting)- Everyone needs to check to see if any of our health forms are out of date. If they are, you can find new ones on the BSA website. (Here he spoke on Mrs.Pache's behalf)- Scout Fair Discount booklet sasles are coming up. We get to keep 45% of all total sales, so this is a great opportunity. There will also be PRIZES!!! Sign up to organize our Scout Fair Booth!

Mr. Van De Walle-Scout Sunday is coming up in 2 weeks, and presales in 1. On Scout Sunday, we will need to fill many positions -

1. We will need 3 Greeters. 2. We will need 4 Ushers. 3. We will need 2 Speakers.

4. We will need 2 Oblationers. 5. We will need people running B-B-Q Sales.

We are also going to need lots of guys to help with anything else that our host chuch may want. Presales are also huge. We need guys to do that too.

Kevin Wei- Enchanted Rock sign-ups need to be completed so that we can have a head count soon. It will be a great chance to practice backpacking skills, especially if you are planning on going to Philmont. Also, please get me your team's menu plans ASAP. (You + Partner = Team) We raised OVER 1,600 LBS OF FOOD DURING OUR FOOD DRIVE!!! Awsome!!!

Mrs. Newman- I have Chris Cegelski's Black Binder.

Mr. Van De Walle- I have a lost book. If you think that it may be yours, come see me before/after a meeting.

Summer camp sign-ups. This sumer camp is going to be a "Ton of fun" - Mrs. Pache. Camp: Buffaloe Trails. Speak to Mrs. Pache if you have Questions.

Battleship campout - 1 or 2 more openings.

JLT Training patches were handed out along with position patches.

Plan for next meeting

Pre-Opening = 6:45 - (make sure meeting plan will be carried out.)

Opening = 7:00 - Buffaloes

Skill = 7:10 - First Aid Mr. Van De Walle (40 min.)

Patrol Meeting = 7:50 - upcoming events (Patrol Leaders)

Interpatrol Activity = 8:00 - Firemen's carry relay (20 min.)

Closing = 8:20 - (5 minutes) Buffaloes

Scoutmasters Minute = 8:25 - Scoutmaster (or ASM) 1 minute

Clean Up = 8:22-8:30 Spartans

1. I will be posting anouncements online from now on.

2. John Sadler's eagle project will be at the Montgomery Library this Saturday - he sent out an e-mail
with dirctions. Bring drills with Phillips heads (battery operated). 7:00 AM. He will bring lunch.

3. Battleship Texas campout is going to be the 29th through the 30th.
